Financial Symmetry is thrilled to promote Heather Gudac to Chief Operating Officer. Our firm continues to grow, evolve, and expand to meet and exceed our service commitments to our clients.

As COO, Heather directs and supervises the day-to-day operations across Financial Symmetry to enhance the quality of our client relationships. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Financial Symmetry’s internal management strategy. Heather oversees our firm operations, finance, human resources, and assists our CCO with compliance.

Working closely with FSI’s advisors, Heather focuses on improving our firm’s internal processes to create and refine our systems for both our clients and our team. Her experience stems from having worked with our clients through all aspects of our service model with expertise in qualified account rollovers and distribution and managing complex estate and divorce distributions.

Having started her career with FSI as an intern, Heather’s knowledge spans over a decade in operations management, helping Financial Symmetry grow both our team and client offerings.
