Richelle Morats is our Software Development Manager. She works behind the scenes to design and test our internal systems, helping us gain efficiencies in our processes. Richelle grew up in Ludington, Michigan and graduated with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Before settling in Raleigh, Richelle worked as an Operations Analyst at ZS Associates in Chicago, and as a Software Engineer at Nike in Portland, Oregon. She spent several years as an independent software consultant in Raleigh before joining FSI.
Richelle enjoys running, hiking, reading, cooking, and volunteering at her kids’ schools. She also loves spending time with her family and their beloved rescue dog. Richelle loves Mexican food and can make an amazing margarita.
